Evan Pittman

Mr. Pittman is Vice President of Business Development for Energy Impact Partners (EIP), a utility-backed venture capital investment firm, where he identifies and develops opportunities for EIP’s portfolio companies to collaborate with the firm’s utility partners and its broader network.  Prior to joining EIP, he was Director of Strategy & Business Development for Comverge, an early pioneer of demand response acquired by Itron in 2017. There, he led efforts to map the opportunities and challenges facing utilities, define relevant new products, and drive those products into market by securing regulatory reforms, partnerships, and early deployments.

Mr. Pittman began his career with The Brattle Group as a strategic and economic advisor to utilities, independent power producers, regulators, and independent system operators.  He holds an MBA with High Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA with Highest Honors in Economics & Mathematics from Emory University.
