Jason Scarlett

Jason Scarlett is the Director of Innovation at the nation’s largest combined electric and natural gas municipal utility. He directs the organizations internal and external innovation programs and is heavily involved in San Antonio’s New Energy technology community and Smart City initiatives.

In addition to 25 years of Utility industry experience, Jason has earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and a Masters in Engineering Management from the University of Texas at Austin.
